Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were quiet and clean, boasting some of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in. However, there was a discrepancy with the room we initially wanted and what we were assigned. On the bright side, the room had a lovely glass wall opening to the pool and ocean, providing a sense of privacy.
The hotel has stunning ocean views from the clean rooms, but the dining options were poor. The staff is welcoming and attentive, offering fantastic service. The location is surrounded by beautiful nature, though the beach cleanliness could be better.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and some of the best beds I've ever slept in while in Mexico. The service was extremely friendly without hesitation, and the location was framed by immense beaches where tortoises deposit their eggs, offering a tranquil atmosphere. However, the dining experience was lacking, and the beach seemed more dirt than sand in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of amazing views and comfort but with a few minor drawbacks. The modern room with its rain shower overlooking the ocean was a standout feature, though the bed could have been better. The service was top-notch, with attentive and considerate staff, but there were occasional delays. The location was outstanding, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city with beautiful beach surroundings, despite some minor cleanliness issues near the pool. The dining experience was below expectations, especially in terms of food quality. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers rooms with a panoramic view of the ocean and pool, where the staff was diligently working on repairs. The rooms feature a rain shower next to a floor-to-ceiling window with a stunning view of the sea, creating a unique experience for guests.
Wow, my stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were modern and had cool art, plus a stand-alone tub with a rain shower overlooking the ocean gave me spectacular full ocean views. The junior suite felt like a larger room but still offered gorgeous views of the ocean and countryside. The only downside was the higher price for this level of luxury.
